Cant recommend this place enough. Got my alternator changed after going through so many garages to resolve the issue. Jason is very helpful and very specific when it comes to any sort of car issue. Will be using this service again. If you are having car problems, Jason and the team are the people to go to.

Amazing staff! Let me off half hours labour. 10k mile warranty on brakes. Definitely recommend. Amazing coffee too, (I just went for the coffee).

Back in last November. I went for a full service and mot at the Endeavour Hyundai. They were trying to convince that Exhaust flex cover broken and the lower arm bottom ball jonit gaiter come off need replacing. both parts would cost around £900 to replace. Luckily I went to Brookdene service centre and they check it and was convinced it was fine. So we went straight for the MOT and it was absolutely fine. I don't think I need to say more.

I have been coming to Jason for years and I am so happy that I was recommended him because I honestly wont take my cars anywhere else unless I literally have no choice. I have called him this week and explained what has happened to my car and he has booked it in at a time to suit me around my work. When we realised that Ford had sent the wrong part he called me and has provided a courtesy car so I can get to work and back and has said that he can keep my car in a safe place until I can collect it on my next day off (I work 8-8) He has never once been patronising when I have called him, he has always gone above and beyond with the service he provides and his prices are so reasonable too. I honestly cannot recommend him enough, I have moved further away from his garage and will still make him my first port of call.

Excellent service from Brookdene, I first came across them when they had to put right the shoddy workmanship of another local garage which they did promptly and perfectly, they even liaised with the other garage to collect payment from them for the corrective work. Recently the clutch went on my car, they installed new clutch & MOT'd car at the same time as well as fixing some other minor issues, again all done extremely promptly and with goodwill and the price they kept to the absolute minimum. It's a relief to know a garage you can trust both in terms of quality of work and price and I have no hesitation in recommending wholeheartedly.
